Homelink Estates Ltd strives to provide a rental service that provides its clients with their temporary property needs.

Our focus is on establishing good relationships between us and our tenants and maintaining communication ensuring that any problems or queries are dealt with promptly.
Once the online registration form has been completed, which can be found on the Registration Page, we will contact you and begin to search for a suitable property for you. We will then arrange viewings of properties we feel are suitable and once you make your choice of the properties; we will request that you provide us with various references.
Subject to the references we will then produce a tenancy agreement and inventory of the property. Prior to receiving the keys to the property you will need to provide us with the signed tenancy agreement and inventory, your advanced one month’s rent and your deposit (usually one month’s rent).
